  Two weeks ago (Feb. 2017), I went about 7 pm to get a prescription filled after going to Urgent Doc. I was told they were too busy to fill my Rx and to come back tomorrow. I went instead to Walgreen's and it was filled in 15 min. I have been a customer at CVS for decades. I was shocked to be told they were too busy to help me. Now, a few weeks later, I have been trying for 3 days to get a simple RX filled. There has been back and forth with my doctor and my medicare advantage plan. I was texted to come get my prescription, but then was told it was not ready. I called back about 5 today and asked if they had worked it out. I was put on hold for nearly an hour, and finally the pharmacy manager, Martin, rudely told me he was busy helping customers and did not have time to help me. I politely said that I had been on hold a long time, and that I AM one of his customers, and he yelled at me to come back tomorrow! I don't THINK SO.

  Remona in the pharmacy is not very professional and will make your private information public to her co-workers and anyone standing at pharmacy counter. Also, her appearance is very dirty and tired, she does not smile or provide any good customer service.
