  We're in to Tyler, Tx location to buy wire for job. Pushed button to get assistance (as required), no response. Pushed again, associates walk past, up and down the isle, goofing around, looking at phones, etc., no one to cut wire. Pushed again, ignored some more. Pushed it one last time and yelled, "Y'all got one minute, and I'm cutting it myself!" Within 10 seconds a manager comes running around corner to cut wire. He couldn't have been 20 steps away. I avoid this place whenever possible. Typical Lowe's, that's all. I miss Sutherland's.

  Not any assistance from thier personal. No one in the perspective areas when you need help, you must find someone then they call for assistance. Waist valuable time for contractors and thier employee's. In my experience, Home Depot usually has better service when you need help, but they aren't top notch by any means either.
